Shipping Policy

1. How do we get the unit delivered to you?

We use major freight lines to deliver your unit to you. They have terminals all over the country. Once the product reaches the terminal, the freight company will call you to set up a delivery time and date with you. We will also email you the tracking numbers and a link to the freight carrier's website once it leaves our warehouse, this way you can track your shipment via the freight company's website. Our products are shipped with lift gate service, so it can be unloaded easily down to ground level from the back of the truck and to your home.

2. Processing Time

We strive to get all orders out of our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days after you place your order, and then travel time from that point could be anywhere from 1 to 7 days, depending on where you live. Usually the freight company's are very good about setting up home delivery within 1 to 2 days of it arriving at the terminal in most areas, but once again, if you live in a very small town or out in the middle of nowhere then they might only have home deliveries once or twice a week. So you might have to wait a little while longer to get your cool stuff, (or you can pick up from their terminal);

3. Free Shipping & Additional shipping charge

Free Shipping only applies to most qualified ares to the 48 Continental United States and DOES NOT apply to New York, Washing D. C, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.Please provide two phone numbers to set up your delivery. Inside delivery fee and storage address delivery Excluded! We are not responsible for any redelivery fee,  and storage fee because of invalid phone number or cannot reach you to schedule the delivery on time, as well as reconsignment fee due to shipping address change. Any Hotel, remote or island shipping will occur additional charge which are not included free shipping service. The shipment will be released upon all these additional charge cleared. Some east coast and west cost and certain areas may occur additional charge!

4. Cancellation

We normally process your order at the same business day. Cancellations are only accepted within the first 3 hours after order submission. If you like to cancel the order, please call us at 972-776-6577 or send your cancellation request to during our normal business hours. Orders cancelled after the first 3 hours of order submission will have a 10% cancellation fee. Once your item has left the warehouse, your order cannot be 'cancelled'.  

5. Shipping Damages

Any shipping damages, which are not including cosmetic damage, have to contact us to file the claim within 2 days of unit receiving. The unit must be kept in original condition; Once the product has been assembled, fueled, used in any way, it WILL NOT be allowed for return or filing damage claim for ANY reason. If we will file the claim with the shipping company and send any damaged parts needed upon the claim receiving within the first 48 hours.

5. Local Pickup & Schedule Pickup Date

Please schedule your pickup date at least 2 days after your order placing date. If you order Fully Assembling & Test Service, please allow us 3 days to work on your order. You can schedule pickup date when placing the order, or simply send us email or call us.
